Hugo Alencar Barbosa Filho is a lawyer, graduated in Law from the Federal University of Bahia (Brazil). He has specialization courses in Corporate Communication from UNIFACS (University of Salvador – Brazil) and in Anti-Corruption Compliance from Legal Ethics Compliance (LEC). He built his career as a Legal Advisor to companies that provided services to Petrobras, having been responsible for the compliance of the company’s projects in Real Estate Law in the Brazilian Northeast. He is specialized in implementing Compliance Programs in companies, notably Anti-Corruption Compliance and Data Protection Compliance. He took several legal courses on State Law, Compliance and Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
